Step 1: Personal initial consultation
In an initial meeting, you will get to know your personal CDI consultant. You will get an impression of our company and our vision. Together we will design a marketing strategy, in line with your individual wishes.
Step 2: Data-based evaluation with personal intuition
We evaluate your property and can give you a realistic target range of the selling price. If you commission us as part of a qualified brokerage contract, this service is already included. Otherwise we charge a flat fee of 300 € plus VAT per valuation. We draw on local market expertise, a continuously developed data model and include the latest sales figures in the immediate vicinity of your property. The property, market and surrounding area data are analyzed transparently. You have the option to choose between a personal valuation with one of our experts directly on site or a contactless video valuation via Zoom.
Step 3: High quality services
It is very important to us to market your property in the best possible way and in your interest. A high-quality and appealing property photography is part of this as a building block for success. Furthermore, we can offer you additional services such as home staging, the creation of a property video, including professional drone footage or a virtual 360° tour. The professional preparation of the rooms as well as the successful staging of the property achieve an attractive and homely effect, so that the sales chances of your property are significantly increased.
Step 4: Modern exposé creation
We create an individual and informative exposé coordinated with you, which shows your property from the best side. Attractive and high-quality pictures of the property are made and the most important information about its location, condition and equipment are listed.
Step 5: Customized marketing
We design a customized marketing strategy for your property. Targeted buyer targeting, high-quality mailings and our strong brand enable us to find the right buyer for your property as quickly as possible. We sell more than 90% of our marketed properties discreetly within our established network, without yet resorting to the usual real estate portals.
Step 6: Coordination and execution of the real estate inspectionsOur buyer database includes a large number of verified buyer contacts with different search criteria. We visit your property with a few, selected interested parties. Of course, we are responsible for the coordination and execution of the viewings. The speed of our service in combination with the quality offered results in an overall picture of high customer satisfaction on both the seller and the prospective buyer side.
Step 7: Concluding the purchase with a good feelingWe are familiar with the various requirements of the sales process and offer you comprehensive advice at every step. This includes, for example, the management of all relevant documents, the communication with interested parties and the coordination of the notary appointment for you. In close coordination with you, we conduct the final sales negotiations and prepare the handover of the property - so you can sell your property in a relaxed manner and, above all, with a good feeling. The final decision, at which price and which prospective buyer wins the bid, is entirely up to you.
